This Week's Favorite Jewelry Design!

Ίσως πάλι, όχι. Γιατί πρώτα είδα το Zoe.....

Well not quite, because first I saw "Zoe".....

Κι έπειτα είδα το Granada. Ακόμα πιό μοναδικό, δεν συμφωνείτε?

And then I saw "Granada" wich was even more fabulous!

Αλλά ας πάρουμε τα πράγματα απ' την αρχή.
Κάθε τόσο, κάνοντας βόλτες στο διαδίκτυο, μένω με το στόμα ανοιχτό όταν εντοπίζω φωτογραφίες με κοσμήματα μοναδικά και πολύ "δουλεμένα". Αναμφίβολα ο σχεδιασμός και η κατασκευή κοσμημάτων είναι μια ακόμα τέχνη και υπάρχουν πολλοί καλλιτέχνες του είδους εκεί έξω που περιμένουν να αναγνωριστεί το ταλέντο τους. Εγώ λέω να τους βοηθήσω λίγο δημοσιεύοντας στο blog μου τη δουλειά τους και κάνοντας τα απαραίτητα link. Πράγματα άξια θαυμασμού πρέπει κανείς να τα μοιράζεται.
Στον χώρο λοιπόν των Jewelry Designers ανακάλυψα τη Csilla Papp που ασχολείται με το Hand Embroidered Jewelry (χειροποίητο κεντημένο κόσμημα). Η Csilla ήταν πολύ ευγενική μαζί μου όταν της έστειλα μήνυμα ζητώντας της να παρουσιάσω το κολιέ Zoe. Είχα ενθουσιαστεί τόσο με αυτό το κόσμημα (κυριολεκτικά έμεινα με ανοιχτό το στόμα) που ξέχασα να τη ρωτήσω να μου δώσει κάποιες πληροφορίες για την ίδια, όπως από που είναι και πόσο καιρό ασχολείται με το κόσμημα. Αλλά πάλι, τι σημασία έχει. Τα σχέδιά της είναι τόσο όμορφα που είμαι σίγουρη πως θα ακουστεί (αν δεν το χει κάνει ακόμα) στο χώρο.

 But let's take things from the beginning:
Every now and then, when I'm surfing throughout the internet I locate photos with unique jewelry. Undoubtedly the design and manufacture of jewelry is an art and there are many artists out there waiting for their talent to be recognized. I thought of helping them a little by posting their work on my blog and making the necessary links. Things worthy of admiration must be shared. 
So in the world of Jewelry Designers I discovered Csilla Papp a Hand Embroidered Jewelry Artist. Csilla was very kind to me when I sent her a message asking her to post her necklace "Zoe". I was so thrilled with this piece (literally I stayed with my mouth open) that I forgot to ask her to give me some information about herself, such as where she 's from and how long she is involved in jewelry making. But again, what does it matter? Her designs are so beautiful that I'm sure we will be hearing a lot about her in the future (if she isn't famous yet). I will not upload other photos of her work to refer you to her fb page to see for yourself.
